About Us

What We Do - Autism ABA Therapy

Achievers ABA provides personalized ABA therapy for children and teens with autism ages 2-18. We offer both focused and comprehensive ABA based on each child’s individual needs.

Services are available in home, clinic, school, daycare, and community settings across Indiana. We work closely with families and, when helpful, collaborate with other professionals involved in the child’s care.

Our Therapists

We carefully select qualified ABA professionals who are caring, dependable, and passionate about helping children succeed. Our BCBAs and RBTs work together with families to create engaging, individualized therapy that supports each child’s growth and independence.

Our Guiding Principles and Core Values

Achievers ABA is guided by core values and principles that shape how we provide services, support our team, and make decisions throughout our organization. These values guide clinical care, ethical decision-making, organizational operations, and relationships with clients and families.

Committed

We are dedicated to helping every child reach their unique potential. We follow through on our commitments, communicate openly, and strive to provide dependable, high-quality care.

Good Vibes

We create a positive, welcoming environment where children and families feel supported, encouraged, and valued. We approach challenges with optimism, kindness, and a solution-focused mindset.

Humbly Confident

We bring expertise and professionalism to our work while remaining open to learning, listening, and collaborating. We value each family’s perspective and believe the best outcomes come from working together.

Genuine and Authentic

We lead with honesty, integrity, and compassion. We build trusting relationships by being transparent, respectful, and always acting in the best interest of the children and families we serve.

A Child-Centered Approach to Autism ABA Therapy

Before therapy begins, we take time to get to know your child—their strengths, needs, interests, and what matters most to your family. From there, the BCBA creates an individualized treatment plan and adjusts it as your child grows and makes progress.

ABA Therapy Services

Every child has different strengths, needs, and priorities. ABA therapy may be comprehensive or focused depending on the areas identified during the child’s comprehensive assessment.

Comprehensive ABA Therapy

Comprehensive ABA therapy addresses a broad range of needs across several areas of development and daily functioning. Treatment may include goals related to communication, social interaction, play, self-care, independence, safety, and behaviors that interfere with learning or everyday activities.

This approach may be recommended when a child needs coordinated support across multiple areas.

Focused ABA Therapy

Focused ABA therapy is designed around one specific concern or a small number of closely related treatment goals. For example, treatment might concentrate on teaching functional communication, increasing toileting independence, or reducing a behavior that creates a significant health or safety concern.

Rather than addressing development broadly, focused ABA directs treatment toward the identified concern and the skills needed to improve it.

As part of the therapeutic process, a BCBA will complete a comprehensive assessment and work with your family to create an individualized treatment plan.
